Work in the field can be equal parts preparation to action. Completing structured surveys is a regular responsibility for many. There is often nothing that compares to getting boots on the ground for a physical assessment of your network and its assets. In this session we will provide an overview of the survey process including:

 

  • Creating a survey based on a random percentage sample of paths
  • Assigning the paths present in the survey to a CAMS Mobile user
  • Syncing on CAMS Mobile and working through the assigned survey
  • Whilst an important purpose of CAMS Mobile is to allow ad hoc work logging in a flexible manner equally we wanted to build on the ability to complete structured surveys.

 

Suitable for: Anyone with an interest or responsibilities relating to work outside the office. Also recommended for new users of CAMS Mobile / existing users needing a reminder
