PROPOSED AGENDA:

Webinar: Volunteers in CAMS Pro
Duration: 45 minutes + 15 mins for questions
Date: 11 August 2026

KEY POINTS TO COVER:
- Not looking to replace officers with volunteers or add to the officer workload without sufficient payback (i.e. it has to be worth the admin cost, so we try to keep this to a minimum)
- We recognise different organisations like to work with volunteers in different ways, which is why we can offer different types of volunteer account based on your preferred ways of working.
- The intention is to allow for officer oversight at all points of the process whilst still giving the volunteers good feedback and visualising their work to help justify their ongoing efforts and make them feel they are making a difference.
- CAMS supports the management of volunteer accounts and any public facing system can be upgraded to support volunteers
    - The system does not rely on being public facing and can also support exclusive access for select volunteers.
